SAN DIEGO- May 23, 2016- The Point, located in the heart of sunny and scenic Mission Beach, is now open for business, welcoming culture conscious businesses everywhere.
The Point owner and local Mission Beach resident, Casey Fields, has launched the first “California Style Offsite,” embodying the west coast work/life balance mentality. The space offers a hip, high-tech work space with open views of the Bay and includes access to a wide span of watersports. Now companies can have access to a “Google-like” atmosphere and find a brief escape from the confines of their office space with a trip to The Point, on Mission Bay.
“This differs from the current co-working space trend because it was designed for team based corporate development,” explains Casey. “We want to provide an inspiring and environmentally diverse space that companies consider the go-to place for team bonding, team building, and team training. With our board room and flexible collaboration space steps away from Mission Bay, it makes for a seamless transition between indoor work and outdoor activities. We are designed to be whatever it is our corporate partners need to have a productive day away from the office.”
The Point includes a 3,000 square foot indoor facility within the 14,000 square foot complex adjacent to the largest man-made aquatic park in the country. A partnership with the neighboring Mission Beach Sports Center conveniently allows clients to enjoy water sport rentals at their leisure. Customers can choose single or multi-day packages, including options such as a few hours in the glass enclosed, Julian-sourced, cedar table conference room to a full day of indoor/outdoor events with leadership training and a paddleboard excursion. The Point is now accepting applications for corporate memberships which allow priority booking access and discounted rates. All packages listed on the company website offer a mix of work and play focused days and are customizable by speaking with an experience coordinator.
