Casey Fields
Chief Experience Officer
Born and raised in the suburbs of New York City, Casey has long held a love for the outdoors from snowboarding the slopes of Vermont to surfing the waves in Florida. After graduating from Florida State University as a communications major with a minor in business, she began her career as a professional non-profit events planner. However, after migrating to California her appreciation for San Diego’s beautiful weather and limitless outdoor opportunities inspired her to think bigger. Armed with the skills of executing detail-oriented events and a passion for outdoor adventures she established Outdoor Fun San Diego in the fall of 2011. From that point forward she has worked tirelessly to create top-notch adventures for local San Diegans and visitors to the area. She has created a successful decorating and events business, Peace Lights and Happiness, and now her grand masterpiece The Point has come to life.
Danielle Miano
Director of Business Friendships
Buffalo NY native, Danielle was raised just 25 miles south of Niagara Falls and acquired a degree in Public Relations and minor in Business Marketing at The State University at New York, Fredonia. She moved to Boston after graduating in 2007 to begin her career in the technology industry, working for top tier distributors of electronics and managing customer accounts across every industry. She moved to San Diego in 2014 to work for a tech company in Carlsbad and to train at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista CA with the Unites States Rugby Team. While balancing a career, training as a professional athlete, and coaching all levels of athletes, Danielle has gained a full understanding of what empowers a successful team and how to meet the needs of clients at every level.
